Bartender

SLH Relais Roncolo 1888 — Reggio Emilia, Italy — 2027 Summer Season

Main Duties:

•     Prepare cocktails, drinks and bar offerings in line with the property's standards

•     Welcome and serve guests at the bar and in the dining room

•     Manage stock, tidiness and cleanliness of the bar area

•     Work with the Restaurant team to ensure impeccable service

Requirements:

•     Proven experience in the role, preferably within Small Luxury Hotels or Leading Hotels of the World properties

•     Excellent knowledge of mixology techniques and spirits culture

•     Fluent English; additional languages are a strong asset

•     Impeccable presentation, precision and creativity

•     Flexible schedule and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

•     Residency in the Reggio Emilia or Parma area will be considered a preferential requirement
