About the role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Front Office Manager (f/m/d) who can lead the department in a comprehensive and strategic way, with great attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to excellence. This is a key role in ensuring high service standards and actively contributing to the growth and success of our guest experience.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in managing large teams
  • Strong leadership skills and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Reliable, responsible, ambitious, and innovative
  • Dynamic, flexible, and highly organized
