• Monitor compliance with service standards, mise en place, and presentation.
• Manage communication between the dining room and the kitchen.
• Welcome and assist guests.
• Resolve operational issues in real time.
• Support the training and development of junior staff.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and supplies.
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets and overall service quality objectives.
• Previously worked in the hotel sector.
