About the role
The Second MaƮtre at Botanico ensures that service runs smoothly and without friction, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality while actively supporting day-to-day operations and overall service execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily management of the dining room and overall service.
- Coordinate shifts, ensuring efficiency, timing, and a high-quality guest experience.
- Has solid knowledge of wine.
- Monitor compliance with service standards, mise en place, and presentation.
- Manage communication between the dining room and the kitchen.
- Welcome and assist guests.
- Resolve operational issues in real time.
- Support the training and development of junior staff.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and supplies.
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets and overall service quality objectives.
- Previously worked in the hotel sector.
